2012 Queensland Running Season Registration Form (PDF: 217K)
Registration fees are $12.00 per season which includes athlete insurance.
Registered athletes receive a $1.00 discount on every weekly entry fee during the season, except championships.
In addition, registered athletes get their first run of the season FREE of charge.
Registration forms are also available from the registration table each Saturday.
Weekly Registration Process
As we use an electronic recording process, the weekly nomination process outlined below is in place. This speeds up this process, as well as the recording of race finishes.
All athletes will be required to complete a Weely Nomination form each week. This is a small A6 size form on which can be recorded entries from up to six athletes per sheet (great for families, small club or school groups). These forms will be available at the registration table each week or a sheet of four forms can be downloaded here ....

Weekly process ...
1. Report to the registration tent and complete a weekly nomination form
2. Take your form to the registration staff and pay your weekly fee
3. Collect your athlete running number from the registration staff (if you haven't already done so in 2012)
To save time ...
1. Print a weekly nomination form (see above) and bring it with you. Go straight to the registration staff to pay your weekly fee.
OR
2. Email your weekly nomination (see instructions below) and go straight to the registration staff to pay your weekly fee. A nomination form will have been completed for you from your emailed information.
Use of Athlete Running Numbers
During the 2012 season, we are continuing the use of an electronic recording system. Each athlete will be issued with a number which they will use throughout the 2012 season. This speeds up time spent in the recording queue at the end of the race. NOTE: Numbers issued to athletes in 2011 will carry over into 2012.
As the efficiency of the system relies entirely on the use of athlete running numbers, it is essential that all runners can provide their correct number to recorders at the end of a race. A list of the numbers appears below. This list is updated each Monday.
Printed running numbers will be issued to each athlete at the beginning of the 2012 season and should be used each week throughout the season. Numbers must be worn on the front of the running shirt.
If you need to check your number on the day, please look in the booklets available at the registration tent each week. If you are still unsure, then check with registration staff.

Athletes are still encouraged to email weekly event nominations as outlined below. These nominations will be entered on to the new Weekly Nomination form for you. All you need to do is report to the registration at any stage of the afternoon to pay your weekly fee.
Email Your Weekly Event Nomination
Save time at the registration table each week by emailing your weekly event nomination details. Email nominations close at 10.00am each Saturday for that week's competition.
Those nominating by email will still be required to report to the registration table during the afternoon to pay the weekly competition fee, but are not required to complete the weekly nomination form.
