Championships

Queensland Running holds three major championship events throughout the season.

The Queensland All Schools Championship is open to enrolled school-age students from 5 years to 19 years, from both state and private schools. In 2010, this event will be jointly conducted by Queensland Running and Queensland Athletics.

The Rockett One and Two Hour Relay Championship allows athletes to compete in teams to determine who can cover the greatest distance in the one or two hour time period. It is open to all athletes.

The Queensland Running season culminates in the Winter Championship. It is open to all athletes, with distances allocated to athletes aged 4 years to 16 years and a range of distances from 1000m to 6000m available for Open and Masters athletes.
