Weekly Nomination Process

If you would like to compete in one of the weekly rounds:

1 ** Complete a weekly nomination form (download from the Registration page or collect from the registration tent at the event). You can fit up to six athletes on the one form.
2 ** Present your nomination form to staff at the registration table and pay your weekly fee. You will receive an athlete number which you will use for the whole season.
3 Present to the start line when your race is called.
4 Enjoy your run.
5 Collect a placegetter's disc at the end of the race and take this disc to the staff at the recording (registration) tent. You will need to tell the recorder your athlete number.
6

Listen for the call from the announcer that the certificates (with your distance and time on it) for your race are ready for collection. This may take from 10-20 minutes after the last runner completes the race.

If you need to leave before this, uncollected certificates are always available from the registration tent at future weekly events.

** Alternatively (for steps 1 & 2) ... email your nomination (see details on the Registration page) by 10am each Saturday. An athlete number can then be allocated to you prior to the event and your weekly nomination form will be filled in for you. All you have to do is present at the registration table at some time during the afternoon to pay your weekly fee.
